I received my AT&T bill notice online and discovered additional charges for electronic FAX services that were not authorized by me or anyone else at this number. Although I was looking into FAX services, I did not sign up for any, nor authorize anyone to make charges to my phone number. I'm in the process of contacting them about these erronious charges, but don't expect much co-operation. I have read many such complaints about this company since I became aware of the problem. I had never heard of them before this and sincerely hope I never have to encounter them again. Watch your billing statements carefully!
