Columbia HouseBMG dishonest billing, billed with no delivery of product promised New York,New York

I never received my intro package. I reported it because they charged me for it. They said they would re-ship. 4 more weeks passed - nothing arrived. I sent another inquiry. They told me they had put my account on hold because I did not pay it. I again told them that I did not receive anything. Again they said they would re-ship and I still received nothing. Finally I said cancel this because you obviously are unable to deliver to me as I am having not problem receiving my other mail.

Next thing I know they put a charge through to my account for $65.28 saying that I did not complete my contract. I notified them again of the problem and they told me they were enforcing the contract and would be sending me coupons for DVD's. I told them I wanted a credit because they were not able to deliver before why would I think something had changed. They kept giving me bogus, generic answers.

So I called the Corporate Office and was told all of management was in a meeting. I said I wanted to speak with someone and she transferred me to a voice mail message. I called back to the same number over two days and no one would answer the phone.

This company takes your money and provides no service and computerized generic responses to your inquiries. They don't even read what is written because their response do not address the issue. There is no phone number provided to speak with anyone and when you find one on your own they still will not let you speak with anyone. This is a king sized rip off company.
