I had my car in for service at BMW of Sterling in sterling Virginia. They determined that they needed to replace the Radio unit in my vehicle which was faulty. I talked with them about this issue since this is the second time they have had to replace this part. When I picked up the car the price for the radio was $1423 and labor was another $300. I then called back to the parts department of BMW of Sterling and was told the part was only $893. They charged me more money on this part for unknown reasons.
