Entered free trial subscription offer, with 14 day cancel. Followed exact procedures to cancel, go the cancellation confirmation from them via email, and over the phone, and they still billed me!!!!! Luckily I purchased with my credit card, so its easier to dispute their erroneous charges, but I shouldn't have to deal with this hassle in the first place!!!! Down with Nexiderm and BOEHM-RITTER, INC. NEW YORK NY!!!!
