Signed up for 24Hr I-Net service at SLC airport and used again at Chicago airport. Service was advertised was for 24 Hour with location in many airports. I was billed in October for the morning use at SLC airport and again in November for the afternoon use at the Chicago airport. BOINGO Wireless gave the excuse that the service is not really 24-hour usage at there airport locations, just the first location, If you use it at any of their other MANY locations you will be charge double, triple, or quadruple depending on how may sites you frequent in the 24 hour period. The BOINGO.com web site states "Get a Boingo AsYouGo account for just $7.95 per Connect Day for locations within the U.S. & Canada and $9.95 internationally. A Connect Day includes unlimited access in any location for 24 hours. No monthly fees apply."
This clearly states that is UNLIMITED ACCESS IN ANY LOCATION FOR 24.
I have been ripped off! BOINGO Wireless Marketing strategy is deceptive at the very least. I suspect the strategy was designed intentionally to increase profits by ripping off the clients. The credit card double billing separated by a month leads me to believe that this was their strategy, not just a simple mistake or oversite.

The advertisement for Chicago is "Stay connected on the road with Boingo AsYouGo! For just $6.95, you can enjoy Boingo access ANYWHERE IN THE AIRPORT for a full 24 hours." YOU misinterpreted what it said and read what you believed it said. You buisness/ frequent flier people are always in such a rush that you don't read what is right infront of you as long as it sounds good. This is for locations other then Chicago which still states LOCATION not locationS, and I don't even see where you see this because the international is 9.95 and up depending on your location and if you would take advantage of the Boingo website you would have seen that. Yea billing can be a late sometimes we are still working out kinks in the billing but when we know that we have incorrectly billed a customer we give them a credit back without any problems.
