They told me that I should complain in a period of 30 days of reciept. See the message from Bongo (see picture):

Hello Piero, unfortunately you cannot file a claim for your broken TV. We need a claim to be filed within 30 days of receipt of your item. Please note, I have contacted our operations department to locate your missing item "Arnie Pumpkin Striped Shirt. " We will contact you once we have an update. This should be by the end of the next business day. Let us know if you have any other questions. Regards!

On the invoice they have put a tracking number of DHL delivered to Puerto Rico (see picture)...Totaly wrong.
This doent make any sense from Bongo because I only receive the item on 15 Feb. 2013. (see picture)
Bongo will not get out from this until they pay me back my TV.
