BOONE'S LANDSCAPING LLC BOONE MCDONALD SHADY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. CROOKS, CRAPPY WORKERS CONROE, Texas

This company needs to be shut down for several reasons. here they are;
1) unprofessional employees and owner that only cares about he money he makes from people
2) Owner Boone never meets clients after any type of services especially unhappy clients because he only cares about the money & not the clients.
3) Hires illegal workers and sometimes lets them drive his company trucks with no licenses.
4) Pays his workers $80 a day and they work from 6 am to 9 pm. that is only $5.33 an hour, 15 hrs a day.
5) Owns Timberland Trees and his main driver, a caucasian tattooed guy has no driver license & his pregnant wife drives with him so when he goes to the scales she can switch places with him driving over the scales.
6) Tree driver has side swipped people before, Boone the owner blames other drivers and laughs it off.
7) Cheats ex employees out of wages once they quit by withholding their paychecks claiming they did'nt work the hours or tries to say "they owe him for lost merchandise'
8) Hires an assistant to screen all his calls and lies for him so he wont have to deal with disgruntled ex employees and pissed off clients.
9) Charges over 50% more than his competition.
10) During work hours if employees damage plants or yards, Boone takes it out of their paychecks. That is why he has a high turnover of employees. He's a crook and can't keep people.
11). Only shows his employees as Vendors not Employees and only gives them 1099's he never reports.
12) THE IRS needs to check on his taxes!
13). Filed a police report with local police about an employee he fired or let go claiming he stole items, (employee took them to get his paycheck), then hired the employee back within 4 or 5 days.
14). One ex-sales person, a woman was sexually harrassed by Boone even though she did not report it because felt it was not worth it. He told her she need to show more skin to get sales!

This man, Boone McDonald is a very young unprofessional con artist crook that should not be trusted. He has a family and on his own website claims he does businesses such as Kohls, Lowes Home Improvements in the Kingwood, Conroe, Spring, Woodlands, areas. Neither one of these businesses are not his clients.  Some that he has done in the past are now not associated with him anymore because of his poor ethics and businessman ship. He claims he is one of the biggest tree companies in the woodlands, which is not true either. He lies so much he doesn't know what the truth is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. GO ELSEWHERE......THANK YOU FOR READING THIS.
