I have called sometimes once a week since I got my service, I have had problems sending messages, recieving messages, and getting phone calls. Everytime I call and report these problems I get the same story from the representative, oh we will issue a trouble ticket and someone will call to follow up with you about it to let you know if its fixed. Well I never hear from anyone about it being fixed because its never fixed! I have had ongoing problems since I opened my account with boost. Most recently on oct 29 I called to report the trouble again with my service phone calls going straight to my voicemail, I was told give them 24-72 hours if I didnt hear anything to call back in. Well I waited 3 days called in to ask about it and the representative was rude to me and hung up, I then called back and spoke to a supervisor, she said the rep claimed I hung up on her which never happened.
I then asked the supervisor if there was a way I could get a month free of service since I have had so many problems, she said she understood why I had asked for that and said she would issue a ticket for someone to approve or deny the credit being added to my account, she marked it urgent and told me to call back in 12 hours. I called back and they told me that my request for a month of free service was denied, even though I had a representative be rude to me and I have had 5 months of nothing but service issues and two junk phones.
I know several people with their service that have problems. It has been two weeks since I reported my last issue an no one has called me back as they promised.

Bottom line is: Boost mobile claims to have unlimited service, well that would be true if you had service more than two weeks out of the month! I have had their service since February 09 and have had SO many problems with Txt messaging not working and issues with loosing signal, and everytime I've reported it they have been rude and never fix anything.

If you are thinking about using their service, seriously reconsider it. Go with Straight talk their plans are 45 a month unlimited and they have better phones that they havent went through and butchered up the operating systems on. And they have contracts with tracfone, att, and verizon so you will hardly ever loose service.

When you pay for "service" you expect to get 'good" service.  Boost is the worst I have encountered.  I have used Tracfone, Revol, Page Plus, and others.  The only reason I ever signed up for Boost, was because of the no contract deal.  They claim to charge $50.00 a month with no surprises.  It's a total lie.  When you go to pay your bill or add money to your account, you're charged $53.75.  Customer service or the lack thereof is useless.  They don't speak english even.  Service is constantly interrupted.  Stear clear of these lying crooks.
