Bounce Energy is taking advantage of customer by charging extremely high TDU fees. After the contract, they have double the fees without any notice. All they said because the rate is vary after the contract. It is ridiculous on the double of fees. The governement should have more regulation on these electricity companies! Also, they said when you sign up, you will get certain credit back something like that? They are not sending customer the gift card they promised unless you keep calling!!
Bounce Energy's rates and billing practice is very deceitful!
