Boyajian Law Offices have struck florida. My wife was billed $461.00 for services never rendered. As a Police Detective, and Law enforcement officer for twenty-three years, I immediately suspected fraud, and did a search of the Law Offices. Your web site was instrmental in confirming my beliefs. I will follow up with the State agency governing these type of illegal billings. residentws of the State of Florida must be informed, as most of the illigal activities have centered in other states.The company that the letter advises purchased the delinquent account is MedCLR,INC. The company who rendered the services according to the letter was Inphynet South Broward 1. A check for the company proved negative.

I just dug out the letter Boyajian sent me last November, and lo and be-f*cking hold, the purchaser of the non-existent debt is 'MedCLR, Inc', for a debt I supposedly incurred in 1998 in Minnesota. I called and talked to Boyajian's incompetent operators and got nowhere, so I sent a debt validation request. I never heard back and since my # is unlisted they don't call. MedCLR is probably a figment of Jack's imagination.
Does your letter list 20-odd Boyajian offices around the US? If so, see if you can find an address or # for any of them. I wasn't able to. His website also lists 14 attorneys working for him. I called asking to speak to any one of them on multiple occasions and never got thru. Now he only lists info for himself and 'Karen Nations' on the site. For a professional corporation, his website is an embarrassment. Quoting an unnamed 'condominum board president' in the Testimonials section is about as convincing as a four-dollar bill.
Please contact the FTC and Florida Attorney General with your information. With your contacts in law enforcement we can hopefully shut this lying rat down once and for all.
