Broadway Photo aka www.broadwayphoto.com, had a Nikon D90 Digital SLR camera for sale at $819.00, the e-mail confirmation did not show a price. They... called to "confirm" the order, once that was confirmed they proceeded to push accessory products at me.
Being that I really wanted this camera quickly and they "offered" a 3000mah battery ($179.00, hey... leading edge technology and exclusive to them) and a "free charger"
No confirmation of charges or invoice were sent to me. Bottom line, $1146.00 later.
Guess what, web site account password didn't work, no one responding to e-mails, no phone response. Camera did get delivered with a stock 1700mah battery value, $24.00 and charger, value approx. $19.00.
Did not get a printable invoice until last week when I e-mailed them about my order history not being available.
New York State Attorney Generals Office has all of their business affiliates and 70 other similiar businesses under court order for repayment of "wrong doings"
