BROWARD FACTORY SERVICE WHAHER CALL. NEEDED SPRINGS DID NOT PUT WHASHER BACK CORRECTLY IT WOULD NOT OPERATE. WOULD NOT COME OUT TO FIX. 2ND TIME TO REPLACE SPRINGS AND BROKE HINGE ON WASHER AND WOULD NOT FIX. SERVIVE IS HORR HOUSTON, Texas

Second time came out with the new parts and installed the springs. When they put the washer back together they broke the plastc hinge on the top councel of the washer, now it is loose. They said I broke it, but it was not that way before they took it apart for the second time. They would not repair their screw up.
Would not use them ever again. This is on their yearly contract.
