BRUMOS MOTOR CARS, 10231 ATLANTIC BLVD, JACKSONVILLE FL 32225 MERCEDES-BENZ OF ORANGE PARK, I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE ML350 AT ATLANTIC, WHEN I FIRST GOT THE VEHICLE AND TURNED ON THE AC THERE WAS A MUSTY ODOR, THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THE FILTER, I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. MY POINT IS THE FILTER NE JACKSONVILLE, Florida

I recently bought a ml350 in April of 2012, i told them that the AC had a musty odor upon turning it on. They  should have replaced the filter initially before giving me the vehichle, i ended up payin for it, which they should have replaced before i purchased it.

Why didn't you request they replace the filter before you purchased the car?
