Burger King leaves you on hold forever when you are trying to lodge a complaint against one of its employees. You cannot reach anyone to tell them what happened. You just sit on hold endlessly. If you call back to the operator, she also leaves you on hold while allegedly trying to get a supervisor. This shows that they do not care a damn about your negative experiences in their restaurant. A good company has people who do not leave you on hold for 15-minutes plus. I never got anyone to address the issue, gave up and hung up. I am sure 99% of people do. So they will never know about the abusive manager in one of their restaurants, and she will continue along. I plan to not ever buy food at Burger King again.
