I signed up with them 2 weeks ago and to my disgrace it was the worst decision I had made to sign up with this company. Let me start off by saying that they are the rudest scumbags at customer service. When I got my account opened, I immediately started to get 5 notifications a day of Failed Login Attempts from all over the world, this concerned me a lot and I decided to wait and figure out why this was happening before I proceed to get my sites transferred over. Well, I first called them and they took 40 min to pick up my phone call after being on the #1 spot on the queue the entire time. They finally picked up and said that I had to submit a ticket in order to troubleshoot me with this, by the way it seems to be that they only have one guy picking up the phone calls over there, his name is Keith Vannan, and he is the rudest, and disrespectful scumbag rep I have ever dealt with. I submitted the ticket that same day and couple days later they simply reply by saying just block that IP on the server, obviously someone who has common sense would find that as a solution, but obviously someone who doesn’t have common sence would’ve realiazed that there is not only one IP address that they are attempting to access my site from. So I replied…
“Please dont limit yourself by trying to find the easy way out of things. Look further and see why if I just setup this server 1-2 weeks ago I've been having all these attemps to login? Why?? Why? That is my questions, also that is not the only IP address I have gotten many different alerts of IP addresses being used for this attempts so this is not a solution.”
We’ll to my disgrace they didn’t do anything, so a week goes by and I had to call them, after spending another 45 minutes on the phone, nothing happened, they picked up and hang-up on me. So I call 3 hours later and after another 30 min of waiting and being on the same #1 spot on the queue this guy Keith Vannan picks up the phone again, then I explained to him the whole issue again and he actually gets to acknowledge that they didn’t do a better job at investigating further to see why I was getting these alerts, but the whole conversation took a change of course when I said that I was going to cancel due to their lack of support and because they never solved my issue. I also asked them why did they charged me for the next month already if only 2 weeks have gone by, he’s response was “We do it 21 days in advance for the following month” this actually don’t make sense at all if I just paid 2 weeks ago. Anyhow I asked for a supervisor and he said that he wasn’t available and that he would transfer me to his voicemail, and before I could say anything he transferred me over, after waiting 10 min he picked up the call again and I told him not to do that then he started to say that my attitude was bad when originally he’s been the one who’s been rude all along, I demanded a refund for those 2 charges and he said no, that it wasn’t going to happened. Finnally I told them I would file a Rippoff report and then he says “Best of luck to you buddy” and hang up on me. After the call, he immediately when into the ticket I had opened that wasn’t touched for a week and went in to update a with a comment asking for more information about the issue in order for them to further investigate it, and he only did this to prove that they did provided support but obviously at this point it is noticeable that they did it after we got off the phone call.
My only advice is to STAY AWAY from this company they have the worst support team, worst billing dept. and worst service in general. They will not refund you the money.
