Do yourself a favor and never order anything from Babbits online stores. They deal in Motorcycle, ATV, Snowmobile etc parts. Not only did they screw up my email address and contact phone number (probably on purpose) I never received any kind of receipt, conformation number or anything. I did receive a order number, that thankfully I wrote down, because I wasn't able to locate it again after the checkout page. This company is one of the most unorganized, non helpful, mis information online stores I've ever dealt with. It took me a month to finally get the parts I ordered. I was given wrong tracking numbers, wrong information pertaining to my order and they never did send me a receipt after requesting it 5 times. The person on the phone informed me that they had an incorrect email address for me and said that it could not be changed in their system along with the wrong phone # they had for me. I will never order anything from these people again. I called 5 times and was given 5 different answers as to why I had not received my order. Go somewhere else for any MC, ATV etc. parts
