Babygeared.com Scam, Fraudulent, Never Sends Expensive Items Purchased Internet

I ordered a $500 item (rocking sheep) in August 2012. The site said the item would arrive in 10-12 weeks. After 14 weeks I began to inquire via email numerous times. Each time I was told that they were just waiting for the tracking number (the item is coming from Europe) but that it would be shipped within the week. They promised I would have it by the holidays.

In January 2013 I still had not received the item so I began to inquire again. Multiple times I was promised again that the item was on its way and that they just needed a tracking number (which is ridiculous--they clearly think their customers are idiots). It is now the end of February and I still have not received the item. Tonight I searched online at the Better Business Bureau and found that this has happened to other people who ordered high-end products, were promised via email that they would receive those products, and then never received them. The BBB gives this company an F rating because of multiple complaints.

Do not do business with this company. The website looks fantastic and they seem very legitimate, but they do not ship items that you order and I believe this company/website to be a scam.
