Be very careful of dealing with Mr. Joe Baca, I was a customer that paid him thousands of dollars to fix my boat and store it. Not only did he rip me off, my boat was vandalized at his location, they stole everything from the inside and Mr. Baca did nothing about it. I made a decision to claim on my insurance because he did NOTHING. He quotes you a price to fix your boat then said he fixes things you did not sign for and ups the price. Very bad business man......I have stayed away from him for years until today. I have a new boat now and visited Lake Havasu this weekend. As i walked into a local eatery with my friends Mr. Baca approaches me after over 5 years and tells me I owe him $1,600 and I need to pay him or he is going to beat me up. I guess that is the way he does business. I am not a violent person but I draw the line on someone calling me names and getting in my face. He told me to go ahead and hit him so he could sue me. [continued below]....

..... What a joke he is....UNTIL I get a formal apology and my $1,000 deductable from him I will be posting all the details of my encounter with him from 5 years ago til now. I am sure he will remove this post, but he will not be able to remove my story from the Internet. My IT department will be posting everyday for the next 3 months until we have the first 5 pages of Google searches under Joe Baca or Baca Marine. Stay away from crazy people like this that come out of no where when you are just enjoying your life. And to think he did this in front of his wife and kids.....WOW!!!!!!!!

Dear Boatergirl962,

Your advice is not needed but thank you for making my point that you are not a real customer.  I have made my point very clearly and Baca Marine has not put a copy of the bill owe them.  In my earlier post I offered to pay any bill they could prove that I owe and that has not been done, because there is no bill.  Again, no one is sticking to the facts and this is not a petty attack but a public service.  Baca Marine ripped me off and my boat was vandalized at their location.  Not to mention he wanted to fight me in a public place as I was just enjoying my Sunday evening.  So again, do not need you advice or care what you have to say unless its facts.

They state my boat was not vandalized there and my insurance company disagrees.  I am very confident that my point has been made and I have already had several boaters say they will NEVER do business with Baca Marine.  Google Joe Baca Marine it is now number 1 on Google.  Public service done, and that is the most important thing.

Dear Boatergirl962,

I am very suspect that you are a real customer of Baca Marine, if you are only concern about what you see on google and not the facts of this case, I WILL say you are not who you say your are.  BTW try to google Jesus and see what they say about him.  I have hundreds of thousands dollars paid to vender every month with no issues.  However I will NEVER pay a bill if someone is tryting to rip me off as Baca Marine has.  I also had Gary Teague try the same thing that Baca did and it will NEVER work on me.  Business is simple, you get a price quote you sign the document and you pay your bill and pick up your boat.  If there is more problems when the boat is being repaired, you call the customer and get his or her ok, VERY SIMPLE, if not, things like this happen.  But enough said about me, let see the bill they are talking about, let post it for the real readers to form their own option.  It sure does not seem that anyone here is interested in the facts of this situation.  I have posted my proof where is theirs.  So stop being a plant and get the facts.

Hello again,

I'm going to give you a bit of very helpful information. Here it is: Next time you might want to try taking your own advice and stick to the topic. I'm simply saying that Baca Marine and Pfaff Engines are a reliable company and any tentative or questioning customers should pay no mind to petty attacks such as this one. They are a great company and know what they are doing with boats and engines. Also, Mr. Sampson next time remember that good grammar is a wonderful way to get a point accross as compared to misspellings and gramatical errors.

I am a long time customer of Baca Marine and Pfaff Engines and they are a reliable, trusted company.  I have googled you as suggested and I sincerly believe that you are a fraud and that you are spreading untrue rumors.  To anyone who has worked with you or had you as a customer you cannot be counted on for payments and are well known for spreading lies.  Please consider the fact that if you had paid them the money owed this whole situation probably would not have happened.  Integrity is a big part of owning a company Mr. Sampson, and how can you expect readers to beleive your claims when your personal integrity is shady at best?

You stated in your first reply you will respond to all internet post, why are you not answering any of the questions.  This forum is made for people to clear up any misunderstandings, but you are not clearing up anything.  You said my boat was not broken into at your shop, it was and  I have insurance papers to prove it was, you have not replied to that, you have not discussed the parts from my boat, you have not talked about your mental health issues and trying to fight me, do you think people are stupid, everyone can read for themselves, this is a public service for everyone to form there own opition, not for you to try and change the subject, it makes you look more guilty, but I guess that is the point because you are guilty.

Yes please google the information and read it, you will see that the person that made the claim has posted they wish they never posted, the other two are compeditors of mine and they are trying to get business.  I have over 120,000 customers and 1 complaint, i call that a MAJOR WIN!!!!   The questions is what does that have to do with this situation.  Answer the questions that were asked of you and set the record straight.  I showed proof that there was an insurance claim and you said there nothing done at your shop, the proof is there and you are a liar.  You have not answered any of my statments.  You have another customer that had the same experience that I did.  You run a bad business period and you need to see someone for your mental health issues.  STICK TO THE FACTS prove your point and dont try and get anyone away from the topic this is not a magic show.

Per you false statments on your reply, here is the proof of the claim that you said did not happen.  Please note that the deductable was changed to $250 after the fact.  I can wait to see what lies you come up with now as it clearly states Performance SC on the insurance document.  I am glad you were stupid enough to put Performance in your reply so everyone can see for themselves.  They dont need to come to your shop to see that you are ripoffs the proof is right here.  Still waiting for the explanation on my you want to fight a customer over this.  You walked up to me when i am have fun with my friends and try to start a fight by calling me names.  I am smarter that you think, i dont fight with fist, I fight with the truth and my goal is for EVERYONE in the boating community to here this story.  STAY AWAY FROM BACA MARINE.  As a fellow human, I would suggest you go to see someone about your anger manangement, to walk up to someone that did not provoke you and act the way you did in front of your wife and kids is a problem, hope you get some help.

it is also great to hear you keep records of customers, so prove that you are correct and post a copy of ANY bill that you have sent me in the last 5 years with proof that you sent it, this could be email or US mail with my name on it and that would prove your case.  Make sure it has a time stamp on it, based on my experience with you, I am sure you will try and make one up know.  I dont think there will be ANYONE on this planet that is owed money that would not have proof of a bill sent, but I am sure you are the first in history.  There is NO bill and NO money due.  But again until I get an apology, my parts and my deductable back I will tell the world my business dealing with you.  The boating community is very small and I have a VERY large boat and a lot of people talk to me about it and I will be happy to tell my story.  I just dont wont anyone to have the same experience that I did.  Based on my post it looks like one customer already had the same experience, so let see how many more come out of the wood work.

I am happy you posted that you have no record of this situation, it just proves my point that you are not a good business.  I will be contacting my insurance company tomorrow and posting the information, I have nothing to hide as they paid the claim and there is a record of it.  I also noticed that you did not address the entire complaint.  People are not stupid and if someone is not addressing the facts there must be something fishy.  Why did you approach me and want to fight me over a bill that is not due from 5 years ago???  If i owe you money like you say I do post a copy of a signed bill or estimate of the repairs and I will pay it.  We both know you do not have that document and its a lie.  If you had this said document it would be an easy situation in a court of law not a situation you what to fight someone over, but again that show the type of business you run and your personality.  I will also like the parts that you took of my boat after you installed the Whipple Chargers.  Oh but I never got them and you sold them for profit.  So lets stick to facts and not fantasy.
