Ordered over US $106 worth of goods for customers in Singapore and paid on 20 May 2012. Till date, 13 July, I still have not received my goods. Wrote to them and was told overseas air package may took between 30 - 60 days. I do not believe that air package will take more than 60 days to reach Singapore. Submitted Claim to Paypal but was informed that they wont be able to open a case as I should have submit claim within 45 days. Due to this delay, I failed to fulfill customer order. So disappointing.. Feel so cheated.
