Back Office Solutions a.k.a DL Kennedy Corp. is a scam.  DO NOT Do Business with them!  They say they will provide HR services, payroll, benefits, workers comp, bookkeeping while saving the client money.  I contracted them paid them an upfront monthly retainer and they did absolutely nothing for my business except slow everything down.  The owner Dennis Kennedy is a joke.  He knows absolutely nothing about ethics and is a very shady businessman.  His insurance both general liability, workers comp, and medical are outsourced through a broker names Ryan Thornton from Insurance Associates so it has nothing to do with the business.  The numbers he quotes are not guaranteed so it's a typical bait and switch tactic. 

I'm still finding mistakes that Back Office Solutions never bothered telling me about which has got me into trouble with taxes.  I will file a lawsuit against them and show them what goes around comes around.  Hawaii is too small to burn your bridges with small business owners.  Dennis Kennedy is an arrogant, egotistical businessman.  He will charm you when you first meet him but once you start questioning his "proposal" or business his true colors will show.  They are currently in a lawsuit with a non-profit organization because of not paying back funds they borrow.  This company is in debt and it's only a matter of time until they shutdown.  I will make sure Dennis Kennedy and Back Office Solutions pays for all the wrong they've done to me and my business!
