After finding the website www.BackgroundFee.com, the website claims to charge  a $1.00 fee for a single background check. I later saw on my bank statement that I had another transaction deducted from my account on the same date ( Dec 10/12 ) for another $19.95.  Then one month later another deduction took place from www.MYFEEPLAN.com  for an additional $19.95. I did not authorize these extra charges and wonder what I can do to
