I purchased a Chihuahua from Wilbur Brindle. The dog was not eating and was abnormally calm on the way home. So we thought the dog was overwhelmed by new faces. A day later he was deathly ill.  I then took him to Pet Doctors where he was diagnosed with parvo virus, a very deadly virus, and he had hyperglycemia and was kept overnight. I was told by the vet, That the dog had parvo for at least 10 days and I bought him a day before that. My girlfriend called Wilbur and let him know about the little doggie and he stated the he knew the doggie was sick and never should of sold him to us.

After about 12 days, the little doggie is livelier since we bought him. I called Wilbur to ask to renverse the vet bill and asked him if he contacted the vet, he immediately said there was no way he was sick cause all the other dogs would be sick and he doesn't know what to say. He also asked if we let a lot of people pet him as if thats why he got deathly sick in 2 days after we bought him.

For one parvo virus is shed in large amounts in the stools of acutely infected dogs for up to several weeks following infection. The disease is transmitted by oral contact with infected feces. Parvo can be carried on the dogs hair and feet, as well as on contaminated crates, shoes, and other objects. When the dog licks the fecal material off hair, feet, or anything that came in contact with infected feces, he acquires the disease. I feel that he knew the dig was sick and I want full refund and I will take legal actions to take care of this problem.
