Bahm Jem LLC Jennifer Holtz Punished Lied Ignored Sat Mt. Vernon, Ohio

Paid $600 for six cheer-leading competitions, with the promise that once competition where booked remaining funds would be credited to each participants account. Note, the average cost for six competition is $200. Coach/owner, Jennifer Holtz, constantly cancel and rearrange competition schedules.  After eight months funds have still not been credited to our accounts.  

The coaches claim they have a discipline policy;  However, they pick and choose how to use this policy and usually against one particular girl. On Jan. 5th 2013 many parents witnessed an altercation of Coach Jenn harassing and aggressively charged through the gym and ripped open the bathroom door to accost an 11 year girl who she had previously been bullying.  What parents witnessed afterwards was more than traumatic.  

After the episode in the gym, parents discussed what was happening in the gym with their children as parents were unable to observe their own children. Many of the girls revealed that behaviors of the coaches in the gym behind closed doors involved bullying certain girls in the group, verbal abuse and manipulation.

Parents addressed their concern on Jan. 6th 2013 via letter and at a parent meeting on Jan. 8, 2013 where a sheriff was present.

At the meeting, the coaches refused to provide any financial evidence of any remaining competiton monies as requested by the parents.  In addition, the coach called the girls liars and called the parents hostile.
