Yup, they love to rip people off. Not only do they rip people off, but they will BILL YOU FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED!! If they disconnect your service, they will continue to bill you, and demand you pay for services not provided.
Really? Making people for you for something that you aren't doing? At least the panhandlers smile while holding their hand out expecting money for nothing.

Tyg is a troll, not a person, he (or she or it ) looks for any ripoff OP that he/she/it thinks is vunerable. Usually because he thinks they are the Author of their own miss-fortune and verbal abuse will cause them to feel worse.
Tyg is not affiliated with any business as best I can see, or any particular industry in general.
If I had to guess (and it is a guess) he/she/it got the boot from every other site and decided to lower the tone here.
Now I may change my ideas about Tyg but it will take: Be nice at least once, Charitable at least once and reveal his/her/it's gender.
