Baker and Mackenzie Law firm I received aphone call threatening me ad telling me they were sending a sheriff after me for a pay day loan I supposedly took out 5 months ago. I was instructed to wire via greeen Dot the money need Silver state, Pennsylvania

This company called me for the first time 24 hours ago and did not state their name or nature of the call just informng me to have my lawyer call them.  I returned their call (Indian voices) and spoke to richard  Henderson and he informed me that I had a payday loan (What is this?) that I never paid for 500.00 and now they needed to collect 755.21 or the sherriff was coming to arrest me today upon wich I will then owe over 8000.00, and he did not know if he could stop that from happening but he will try. 

Then he comes back on the line and states he was able to pull some strings and file out of court settlement documents if I could wire them the entire amount with in 3 hours otherwise the police would be at my door.  I asked for proof of this thing to be mailed and he said he could fax it over but of course he already knew I was driving and nowhere near a fax.  I aksed him to mail me the documents and he said he could nto. 

When I told him I was going to call the sherriffs dept myself he statedthere was so need because I was going to settle this today and then I will not have to worry ...so of course I called them and they said DO NOT  ever wire money and gave me three numbers to call to see if this debt is on my report.  It is not on my report but theses people have continued to call me leaving demanding message to return their call for the last  4 hours and to go get a green dot money pak.  I will file a report with the courts if their harrassment continues.  The scarry part is this guy new my phone, address, drivers license number and last 4 of my social security ...Where do they get this stuff?
