I obtained a $2600 loan from Balance Credit on 10/2/2015.  I made every payment on time, and even paid additional against the principle.  I paid a total of $167.26 of the principle.  Today I called to pay off the balance of my loan, 17 months early, and found that my payoff balance was $2689.05.  I had been charged $200 worth of interest since my last payment, 13 days ago!  This is a rip off.

Unfortunately, because they obtained a California Lenders License, they are not subject to the usury laws of the State of California.

What Time Is It?

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, February 11, 2016

The time to complain about the terms of the loan is BEFORE you sign the contract!  Nobody forced you to sign the contract and by signing it, that means YOU agreed with the terms.

NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer agreed to the terms of the loan.
