On December 1st, my daughter handed me a flyer from Ballys and asked if I could renew her Ballys Total Fitness membership for her Christmas present.   The form said 1,2,3 in bold numbers (1) renew for $99.00/yr,  (2) add a family member or friend for $199/yr. and (3) add the fitness magazine for $7.It gave a final offer date of Dec 6th.

I filled out the form and also added her roommate for a total of $298.00.  I knew that would help her to keep going.  I hand delivered it to the Redondo Ave Post Office on December 5th.  It was going to their Norwalk, CA P.O. Box 1090, 90651-1090 

Now, my debit card hasn't been debited and LA Fitness says that a girl who has bee a member since 1982 isn't in the system.  They want her to pay a much higher amount to get her an LA Fitness membership.   I feel that the offer I filled out in good faith should  be honored.  We never had this problem when Holiday Spa was taken over by Bally's.  Everything went seamlessly. .
