So looks like a lot of others have the same problem with Bally's who con you into signing 2 year contract then when you want to cancel they tell you its a 3 year contract even if the gym is absolute garbage, ie: staff rude, unhelpful, equipment is dirty, etc.. well it has now been almost 10 years and I am still getting phone calls and bills in the mail, you call them about it and they say A) you have never canceled your account; either call or written does them no good i guess you need a act of congress to pass something. B) you still have one more month left on the contract ( i have heard this four or five times now) C) they have no record of anything and will start the process again for you if you pay the last month left. So i this reaches anyone who is thinking about joining there gym I would seriously THINK twice about it, unless you know your never going to stop going then by all means join there gym and get ready to pay the rest of your life for there service.
