This company keeps calling me and hangs up repeatedly. I'm on the do not call list and have never heard of them or done business with them. Can't get through to them when I try to call and speak to someone.

First some quick background on who we are... Bandwidth is a phone company and we supply phone numbers to other businesses. Many of our customers use our services in a wholesale manner, meaning they use Bandwidth.com telephone numbers to offer service to their end users. In these cases, we (Bandwidth) don’t have a relationship with the end user or any information about the end user and how the number is being used. We do have a process for people to report issues like the one you describe. We collect complaint details on our website, then that information is sent directly to our fraud & security team so they can investigate and take any appropriate action.
