I received a telephone call from Kevin at Bankcard empire. Kevin asked me if I would like to have my company advertised on television and radio. He even gave me certain channels it would be on (I was never told that I had to purchase my own airtime) I got to thinking and decided I would give Kevin a call to cancel. He had told me that he had already purchased the airtime and I could not cancel. I asked him when I would get my advertisement in the mail to review. He kept telling me it was coming. He told me that he would send the advertisement in the mail the week I was gone to my grandmothers;. To this date, October 24, 2008 I still do not have the advertisement. In the meantime he used my card for Porno sites and Pizza. (Thankfully, I was able to retrieve that money). Mike Green then proceeded to call me and of course I beleived he would make things right. So I pulled my dispute from the credit card company. He has failed to delever anything but a 500.00 check and I beleive now that this was to shut me up. Mike Green told me that he was going to make things work. He told me Kevin would no longer be working for the company. I beleived him and now he states Kevin is the one doing the advertisement and I need to contact him. They are liars, scammers and many more things I do not want to say. I have been told by the Raleigh Police Department that I need to go downtown and file a fraud report with a detective. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in arizona and I beleive if enough us files the complaint they would be out of business. I have also filed a complaint with my issurance company and I will be heading to the police department soon. I am too on disability/ I was scammed out of 6827.00 plus the interest adding up on my credit card. If you need to deal with someone deal with IEPlexus because they have done everything they said they were going to.
