You can get a free Harvard education by 'Googling' this- RIP OFF REPORT FUEL FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL MPG CAPS, and then....

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

go to the 2001 Toyota Tacoma Rip Off Report, and then to the 'Update' entitled- 'Blame it on a Lawyer'.

The quotes posted in that 'Update' were from a Harvard Business class in late 2004, and the students in that class were EXECUTIVES. My CEO brother in-law was one of the executives in that class.

It's quite clear that Harvard is a good school, wouldn't you agree? Doesn't it seem obvious from those quotes that the Professor must have known about the eventual COLLAPSE of our stock market, & our economy?

Let's face it, I'm just an ordinary citizen who was able to study all the notes that my brother in-law gave me from that Harvard class and I just used my brain, unlike the many EXECUTIVES in this country, correct?

Here's one of the quotes that was posted in that 'Update' on August 21st 2007 when the Dow Jones was around 14,000.

QUOTE: 'The prices (values) that you see posted for a share of stock for a publicly held company are all a lie. It's an illusion.'

How can it disputed?

Just look at where all the stock values have gone for almost every publicly held company since then. Research these stocks since August 21st 2007- GM, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, AIG, & any other stock you'd like. I believe some companies have even gone OUT OF BUSINESS, right? Look at- Bear Stearns, Lehman, Countrywide, as examples!

GO HARVARD!

Anyone in the world can 'Google' this- THE OBAMA DECEPTION, and watch it on the web!

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

You can also 'Google' this- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, and watch that too!

'Google' this also- INSIDE THE MELTDOWN, and watch that 'FRONTLINE' documentary!

Then 'Google' this- 9-11 PRESS FOR TRUTH, and watch it!

And PLEASE don't forget to 'Google' this- DR MANDELSTAMM OF KIEFF, and read the passage entitled- 'The Talmud And The Ghettoes'.

Make sure to scroll down to 'Page 94' of that passage and read Dr. Mandelstamm's quote in its entirety first. Then read the entire passage at least 3 or 4 times, and ask yourself this question: Is all of this currently happening in the USA, and around the WORLD?

YOU BE THE JUDGE!

SYLVER8248, HERE'S ANOTHER 'UPDATE' THAT I POSTED ON 7-16-2007 WHICH WAS......

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

THREE DAYS BEFORE THE DOW JONES REACHED 14,000 FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY. THE DOW HIT 14,000 FOR THE FIRST TIME ON 7-19-2007.

QUOTE: 'Just watch what happens to all those 401K's in the next few years. And watch how the Dow Jones Adjusts too.' - 7/16/2007

'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION USA MANIPULATION, and that quote appears in the 'Update' entitled- 'SUGGESTION'

P.S. By the way, just a few weeks after that quote on 7/16/2007, the Dow Jones had its first 'hick-up' and LOST 387 points on 8-9-2007. WHAT A COINCIDENCE, huh?

Have a nice evening everyone!

Sylver8248, Go highlight these 4 dates on your calendar-

6-6-2009

6-9-2009

9-6-2009

9-9-2009

Highlight the first three in yellow. Highlight the last one in orange. Let's see if my other prediction comes true.

I HOPE IT DOESN'T! I HOPE IT NEVER COMES TRUE!!!!

SYLVER8248, DON'T FORGET TO READ WHAT I STATED ON 9-3-2007......

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

right here at Ripoffreport.com when the Dow Jones was around 14,000.

Here is what I stated in the summer of 2007-

Quote: 'The Collapse of the U.S. economy is in its infancy. Get all of your money out of the stock market and cash in your retirement NOW! Most people cannot see what is coming. I do! Americans have $4 Trillion in their retirements. 90% of that money is invested in the stock market!! All of the clues & indicators are pointing to another COLLAPSE of the stock market! When the stock market goes, so goes American's RETIREMENTS!!' - 9/3/2007

Simply 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT GM CREDIT CARD SERVICES, and go to Betty's Rip Off Report about credit card interest rates going from 10.99% to 32.44%, and that quote appears in the '1st Update' to Betty's Rip Off Report.

I wonder how many Americans would have been interested in reading that quote back in the summer of 2007 when their RETIREMENTS and STOCKS were at, or around, an all-time high?

WELCOME TO AMERICA- IN FRAUD WE TRUST!

Thank you.

P.S. Please 'Google' this- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, and watch that documentary on the web. It has former IRS agents, a Congressman, & lawyers who will give you their view about the federal income tax law in America.

Reply for Karl

AUTHOR: Stile - (U.S.A.)

Karl,

Tom Cryer was acquited of "willful failure to file tax returns" not because he convinced the jury that taxes were voluntary, but because he convinced the jury that his failure to pay was not with malice of forethought and that he actually believed that he did not owe for the period in question. Although this argument saved him from a prison sentence, it did not relieve his obligation to pay the taxes in question. Cryer is still fighting with the IRS over nearly 1.8 million in back taxes and fees. He has not filed a return since 1993. All of his tax protestor arguments have been rejected by the courts and it's only a matter of time until he will have to pay the taxes in question.

ROBERT IS RIGHT ABOUT.....

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

'proper account management', wouldn't you agree?

It's one of the reasons that our country is COLLAPSING because the CEO's, COO's, CFO's, & even POLITICIANS, who are in control of our country's economy & our destiny, didn't have a grasp on 'proper account management', right?

If they had been performing their jobs properly, we wouldn't be in such bad shape, correct?

But we should NEVER blame the 'big-shots' for making a mistake, right? They're BIG-SHOTS, aren't they? They can just take hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars from the TAXPAYERS and inject it into FAILING COMPANIES like- AIG, GM, Chrysler, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs........, huh?

At least some of them might now know the truth about HOW our tax system works, right?

They can 'Google' this- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, and watch it on the web.

Then they can read about Tom Cryer's case by 'Googling' this- TOM CRYER ACQUITTED OF TAX EVASION IN US DISTRICT COURT, and they'll all know the LAW, right?

It's always BEST to know the LAW, isn't it?

I see your problem...

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

Your title states it is Bank of America, yet your first line says Bank of California. I guess if you can't even remember what bank you are upset at, it could explain why you were having problems.

"Were you charged excesive overdraft fees?"
- What's excessive? Because these fees were disclosed to you. If you didn't like them you didn't have to keep the account.

"Where your fees charged from the highest purchase to the smallest to create more fees?"
- No different than any other bank does.

"Did you ever covered a transaction in your checking/savings account with your credit card, and still got chumped with a "domino effect" fees?"
- If you have "overdraft protection" attached to a credit card. Then depending on the terms(again you have to read) they may take it out each transaction, not as a single amount for the total on a given day.

"Did your deposit wasn't posted when you made it?"
- Depends on the type of deposit and when you made it as to when it gets posted.

"Did your online statement was not accurrate and upto date with your transactions?"
- No bank does(or can) guarantee that the on-line banking is 100% accurate because they rely on the merchants to submit the transactions.

By the way Bank of America just settled a Class Action Lawsuit and each person got a whopping $78(or 2 overdrafts) refunded. Unless you happened to only have 2 fees, you would be much better off from the start doing proper account management.

EVERYONE SHOULD READ, & UNDERSTAND THE CONSTITUTION TOO, BECAUSE....

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

there doesn't seem to be a LAW in the USA that requires an American, who earns a SALARY or a WAGE, on his or her LABOR, to pay FEDERAL INCOME TAX.

The documentary, which can be 'Googled & watched on the web, entitled- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, backs all of this information up, wouldn't you agree?

You can also 'Google' this- TOM CRYER ACQUITTED OF TAX EVASION IN US DISTRICT COURT, and read all about it, if you'd like.

It seems as though FEDERAL INCOME TAX is a tax for companies & corporations that make PROFITS & GAINS, right? And we all know that there are some Americans who make PROFITS & GAINS too, but your 'LABOR' is NOT a PROFIT or a GAIN, is it?

A winning trifecta ticket at a race track in the amount of $2,000 would be a PROFIT or a GAIN, right? So, that $2,000 WOULD be taxable, correct? As a matter of fact, race tracks will take out the taxes when your winnings are over $999.99 in most states, right?

A jackpot of $10,000 that a person might win at a casino would be a 'profit' or a 'gain' too, correct? So that would be taxable also. A person WOULD be required to pay federal income tax on that jackpot, wouldn't you agree?

When a person purchases stock and the stock goes UP, and the person cashes it in, that's a GAIN or a PROFIT, right? If you purchased $10,000 of stock in January 2009, and you cashed it in for $20,000 before 2009 was over, you would have realized a PROFIT, or a GAIN of $10,000 in that year, correct? So, that $10,000 of 'PROFIT' is taxable, right?

But when you work in the private sector, and you receive money as a result of your LABOR, that is NOT a 'PROFIT' or a 'GAIN', correct? You performed a task of some kind and you received that money in the form of a 'wage' or a 'salary', right?

This is WHY Tom Cryer WON his case against the IRS, correct? His LABOR was NOT taxable, by LAW, was it?

If he wanted to 'voluntarily comply' and pay FEDERAL INCOME TAX on his LABOR, he could have done so. But he didn't want to 'voluntarily comply', correct? That's why he WON! He knows the LAW. He's a LAWYER, isn't he? He knows that there ISN'T a LAW that requires him to pay FEDERAL INCOME TAX on his LABOR, right?

It's always BEST to know, and understand everything about this wonderful country of ours, isn't it?

Is this a joke?

AUTHOR: Amber - (U.S.A.)

Read your disclosures people. None of this is illegal because you agreed to the terms and conditions when you opened your account. it would only be illegal if you were not notified of these practices which is fully disclosed, in detail, in their bank services agreement. maybe you should have actually read it. also, if you kept up with your account to begin with and not relied on atm balances and online banking you wouldn't be trying to get 'the illegal fees back.'
