All I can say is Mr. Hernandez should not be working at Bank of America, he informed us that we should destroy our animals then we will have money to pay for our mortgage and tough we will Not help you in any way, maybe its a good thing that this happened
Because of Mr. Hernandez we have taken our banking needs saving, checking and cd to another bank. Not that they will be any better but at least I will not have to think of such a horrible Devil Person.

MAYBE BANK OF AMERICA TOOK OUT 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' ON THEIR CUSTOMER'S PETS & THEY....

There are sometimes people with different priorities. They want to keep their current status and expect everyone else to change for them.
The biggest question/issue with the OP is that they stated that they were going to move their Savings and CD's to another bank. Isn't Savings and CD's for emergencies? If possibly loosing your house isn't an emergency I don't know what is. So why are they not using those to get through this rough time. Instead being upset that the bank?
Will giving up a Pet or a single Life Insurance Policy matter...No. But take a look at other items.
Cable/Satellite? - Get rid of it. For most people this is probably going to save around $100 a month.
High Speed Internet? Go from high speed to dial-up could save another $20-$50 a month.
Cell Phones? - Get rid of them or change to a reduced plan for "emergencies". This could probably save you another $50-$100 a month depending on what plans you have now.
Eating Out? - If you shop smart you can save another couple hundred dollars a month.
Entertainment - Do you go to movies? A night at the movies for 2 can be easily $50. Where a night IN on a DVD can be $10.
Part Time Job? - While not always easy, have they tried to get another job. Even a 5-10 hour a week job would help.
For most(admittedly not all) people even doing some of these things would be more than enough to make "ends meet". Yes they have to give up some of their luxuries, but over the alternative of loosing their house is probably more desirable.
Part of the problem is the backlog of people wanting to modify their mortgages. A majority of these people have not taken the serious steps to change their habbits and reduce their expenses. If they do they would probably find out they don't need to modify their mortgage. Thus giving the banks time to work on the people that actually are in need of it. However, there is a point that even if you have done everything you can, and still can't afford it. That you may need to think about giving up the house.
And you don't deserve this at all....Some jobs had alot of cutbacks that put people in financial crisis where they otherwise would not have been....I am in this situation as well. I got my salary cut $ 20,000. this year ...and they want me to drop my $40. a month life insurance ....They can KMA ....That small amount will do nothing to pay my house payment......Put the blame where it lies on this government !
They can bail out everyone else try helping its people .....Give me back my full time job !
