These two have less combined mortgage experience than a kindergarten class.
They conduct business by backing each other and creating meaningless spreadsheets. Carefully review their resume's before hiring...Anthony Hall was boasting a 15 year mortgage career the very year after he was adopted in the Bank of America merger with Merrill Lynch from the Auto Finance division that was forced by Ben Bernanke. Cheri German has driven the mortgage production into the ground with her lack of expertise and underwriting guideline knowledge.
