they claim she hasnt paid her bills since 2008.how is that so?if she hasnt paid that long why is she still in her home??they claim they misplaced her payments and she still has to pay what they ask her to.I think it's unfair that BOA a big company lose people payments and claim they cant find it?
can something be done about this?is it thier fault that my aunt payments were raised because they lacked??
i think bank of america should be exposed!
