Another WRONG on your part...the Federal Government did NOT GIVE them money, they LOANED it and it has long since been paid back with interest, so you'll now be able to buy food and pay your bills.
It appears, you got NOTHING right in your report here.
BTW, I don't work for BOA, don't have an account with them and would probably never patronize them.

Incorrect Process

In this case you can still go after the first repairman, but you would have to go after him in Small Claims court. You could use the fact that you had to have a second repairman come out and fix the job help your case. You would probably get the court to order the first repairman to return your money he charged you as well as court costs, but that would probably be it.
