If there are any good class action attornies reading this, any any individuals who believe that they have been ripped off with BoA / Countrywide, you may wish to reply. My research has shown that BoA has had action taken against them regarding MOST mortgage "rip-offs" but it seems no entity has gone after damages and reclaiming ill-gotten gains the bank has ripped off of consumers. I am beating around the bush so as not to give away the exact scam they have used and perpetrated, and have a shrewd individual take legal action which will not fully compensate those damaged. A first steo is to gather parties. If you have been ripped off by BoA mortgage, as I have, tried in good faith with the banking giant to fix the problem, but have been shrugged off, you may join the class.
