So I had $52 in my account and a check for $50 was bounced and they won't refund my $35. This bank is such a scam, They will purposely post in a way that will result in extra fees being paid to them. This is the second time in a month they have pulled this crap on me when the money was there and I reported them to the BBB last time and they finally gave me back the money. Guess I am going back to the BBB.

Here's The Rest of the Story...

AUTHOR: Jim - ()

Just like EVERY CASE of somebody wailing about overdraft fees, this account holder DOES NOT keep written records, DOES NOT maintain a running balance, DOES NOT know the fund availability policy and NEVER balances their account.  He/she continues to use the account WITHOUT HAVING A CLUE what the account balance is.

When he/she overdrafts, its the big, bad bank scamming the little guy, its the big bad bank employing trick accounting and on and on it goes.  This person, as well as all the other wailers of overdraft fees can put a stop to this TODAY by properly managing their account rather than simply checking the NOT ACCURATE on-line balance.  And no, I don't work for them either.

Question for you...

AUTHOR: Striderq - ()

You say that you had a balance of $52 when the check for $50 was presented. But the check was returned unpaid. That's impossible unless the $52 wasn't yet available or there was a debit card hold for something that left your available balance lessthan $50. So, what's the rest of the story.

And, no I don't work for BOA.
