Bank of America Security Atlantic Mortgage Bank Frau, Ripoff Foreclosure Sun Valley, California

We bought our home in 2003,and also got married in theye same ar.We put 10.000.00 dollars on it we went through Countrywide mortgage co,and was paying our premium each month as we were suppose to,and then we found out that Countrywide had sold out to Bank of America and paid 229,000 dollars for the property,and we started paying them each month.After awhile,we got a letter from the Bank of America that our loan was paid off,and we could go down and get the Deed of Release,which we did and was glad that it was over.We resided here for 10 years or more,and we started to get these letters from a lawyer firm called Kozeny and McCubbin L.L.C. Saying that our home would be foreclosed on.

We contacted Bank of America numerous time about it,but they kept telling us to disreguard the letters,and that our property was paid for.I wrote letter to the lawyer firm,and to Bank of America.However, the B.O.A.Kept telling us to just disreguard,whyich we did.Now,the Security Atlantic Co. Has foreclosed on our home,and only given us 15 days to vacate,and they said they would't talk to us unless we had a lawyer.Now we have to put our things in storage,and have no place to go yet.We went to court on the 30th Oct. to plead our case but we got there about 5 to 10 Mins.

Late,and neither they nor the court wanted to see nor hear anything about our Deed of Release,and just wanted us off the property.We found out later that the Bank of America had sold our loan to the Security Atlantic Mortgage Co.And told them to go ahead and foreclose,However they never told us anything about it.  Now,the Security Atlantic Co said that my wife and I made a loan of 169,000.00 dollars more then the house was originaly,and just my signature,and not my wife's is on it,and this is causing me and my wife great consternation and noone seems to want to take our case,but we just want to have some kind of justice in our lives,If we are in the right.
