Bank of America--is very tough to deal with if you are battling them alone.

Bank of America needs to be pressured with Imminent (BK) Threats or Mediation Law and Procedures.
They are basically a giant collection agency after defualt has occurred.

They purchase the distressed mortgage at Extreme Discounts from TBW, Country-Wide, and various other key players from the subprime market and they Collect Aggressively on this paper. They do not play by the rules and need to be pressed hard.
