In late March of this year a salesman from this company contacted me on my home phone, repeatly pitching a business outline from a company called Bankcard Empire. He said that his company, Bankcard Empire would "perform" call blasts for 18,500.00 to companies that need Visa or Mastercard services. Now two months later, whenever I ask about leads or money, I keep getting the runaround. I was told by this time, May 2008, I would already be getting money from the business that used the Bankcard Empire services.

The salesman was extremely high pressure I had to make the decision on the phone, whereupon I gave him my credit card information.The total amount Bankcard Empire has charged me to date is: 18,500.00 not including the first time of 5000.00 in January

Currently, I have been swindled out of 18,500.00. I am an older retired man on a fixed income and have used my savings to pay off the credit card charges. When I asked the salesman for information about company officers, he said none of that is available, and their website is basically a shell with no information about investors, finances or other information that real companies have. Please help me figure out how to get my money back or sue Bankcard Empire
