Recently, they said they did security "upgrades" for our passwords. Because of that, affiliates that requested payments between sept 13 - 25th will be reversed and be paid out on the next cycle.
I have requests to get paid that I made from aug 31- sep 13th. I sent them a support ticket about those payments prior to september 13th and this is what they sent me:
"Thank you for contacting support.
Any requests that were to fund your e-wallet within the timeframe of
Sept13-25 are delayed and we sincerely apologize. As long as you have
your transaction receipt from your processor, Allied, Payza or STP this
ensures that your funds will be on route to your e-wallet.
At this time due to the upgrade and trying to implement the new security feature in place this has delayed all requests.
BB cards and bank requests are being paid out now. Please allow 72 hrs to appear.
Payouts to STP and Payza from this time frame of Sept.13-25 are delayed
and will be reversed automatically. You will be in the next cycle of
payout from Bannersbroker. Please allow up to 3 weeks.
Payouts for pending requests to STP and Payza prior to the the 13th of September are in process to be paid out by Oct. 1.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in this matter.
October 1st came and went and I received 1 payment of $39. Here are my actual pending withdraw requests:
Withdrawal to STP: $93
Withdrawal to STP: $371.2
I have been trying to contact Banners Broker all day and night. They have telephone support. They say their hours are from (9am-5pm EST) Mon-Fri for phone support. In reality, it is 11AM-2PM Mon-Fri. Their phone number doesnt work. When you call either you get a full voicemail or they ask you to hold and then the line mysteriously cuts off and you get disconnected. They do not have a toll free number so I am calling long Distance. I called 20-30 times in a day thinking its an error but I get the same thing everytime, dead air. I am racking up my long distant minutes for dead air and false information about customer service.
I then tried to contact live support via the website. I had better result. I asked on oct 2nd why i did not get paid yet for my withdraw requests and they told me that payments were sent out on oct 2nd and I will get it by the end of the week. Not by Oct 1st according to the email. Then when I called him out on the email, the support person cut me off of live chat.
Like I said, I used to love Banners Broker but customer service is horrible, they lie, they dont know the facts and it seems like management does not care. If I can take them to court I would. Businesses that lie about anything should not be in existent.
