Most folks in Warrenton N.C. will explain to you that Al Thompson is having an extra-marital affair with a gal whom he rides horses with and is an employee of Warren County tax dept.He even has reputed to have a teenaged child by this woman, plus his wife's kids (she is the local district attorney).

I hired him over the other liar/thieving lawyers inspite of the above as I did not wish to be judged. I had my legal brief and copious notes and documents- all he had to do was make appearances in court and follow them.

Well you guessed it , on the day of truth and days leading up to them he did not follow thru for me and left me hanging, not returning phone calls, etc.

Instead, he vigorously defended his other homeboy client in town that carried a much larger purse. Anyone who dosen't know lawyers are just out for their fees, are living in the dark ages and naive. He also backstabbed me, cutting a deal with the "enemy's" attorney, another scumsucker from Henderson, N.C., unbeknownest to me and had the "agreement" prepared in advance.

In short, the attorneys made all the money and I got the shaft. Members of the town knew what the results would be of the trial before the client did. Would you want this type of representation?

Do not hire him, he hides in another part of his office or his girlfriend's horse stall if you call for him with his tail between his legs.
