Barbara King Rosie Sold me a puppy stating it was a purebred toy chihuahua promising papers...... The puppy is 3 months and already 5 pounds and now Barbara says she never told me the puppy had papers.. She lied to me a, Internet

I bought a puppy through a listing on eBay classified, that a breeder named Barbara King had. In the listing  it stated that the puppy had papers. I did go meet the lady with my Mother and my Mother is my witness that I asked Barbara about the puppy having papers. She told me when I finished paying for the puppy I would get the papers. I, like a retard bought the "chihuahua" puppy for $450... The "toy" puppy is 3 months and already 5 pounds:( I don't think she is even a full blooded chihuahua, much less a toy!! When I contacted the lady she denied ever telling me the puppy had papers and blah blah blah, basically I got screwed!! I looked up her name on google search and unfortunately this lady has ripped soooo many people off!! The woman's info is: address is 5339 Lunn Road, Lakeland FL  33811.  Phone is 863-709-0441. I see that she had bad reports and is listed on ripoffreport.com. Also the business report for poms to go.
