This company advertises that they give great rewards for using their credit card. I have consistently had over 10,000 in rewards points. I began calling to use the points in the beginning of August. You are supposed to be able to use points towards qualifying purchases which are purchases over $25.  The internet would never allow me to apply points. I called.

The representatives I spoke with always had to call me back because either their computers were down or they had to speak to a supervisor. They said they opened a case around 8/15/2012 for me.
