I was a employee for this company a few years ago.. young and fresh out of high school looking for a job.. and honestly the best way to scam a customer is to first scam the employee..

I remember the sales training and the money we could make etc etc all sounded good.. finally got onto the floor to take calls and what not and the reality came clear.. pure worthless job selling pure worthless service..

As the unlucky people who have been duped by bargain network.. i apologize for the part i played in it back then by working for them.. but as far as how it is a scam this is it..

Techinally its not a illegal scam or anything its just paying them to do something you can do free and you maybe do now.. There listings are nothing special at all..
Just hijacked from cars.com, autotrader, realtor.com, GOOGLE, im sure maybe theres some law against that but im not sure who knows.. and mind you 39.80 a month for this?? pretty sad.. and yes sometimes things dont get cancelled cause of course cancellations hit the rep pay.. so some would not cancel.. get the good pay and by time anyone found out.. that rep more than likely got another job by then while you the consumer is hurting in the pocket

as most said in the business... what we sell?? we sell a dream... and quite frankly thats all it is.. your dreams being bought and sold back to you at high prices.. stay away from this company its not worth it

you want a auto auction?? use google go to a local one.. dont pay bargain 40 a month to do the same thing..

want a foreclose home? do it the old fashion way go to courthouse look up the papers.. dont pay bargain for it

spread the word its a horrible business practice.. i dont even put this "job" as a resume.. makes you look bad as a person in my opinion

me personally i got tired of telling elderly people or people who just lost home in a hurricane or something lies in finding a home or sending them to places that dont even exist.. please for the love of god stay away from bargain network!!

far as refunds go you can get em.. i dont know if the trick is still the same.. but if u call in and mention anything about the BBB or contacting your local attorney general they will automatically transfer you over to a "supervisor" who can process a refund...and dont call on saturdays you will be on hold on years

if this helps anyone.. it would save at least one person the torture of dealing with a company who get away with selling DREAMS.. not products or any item of any KIND.. be well consumers and remember the age old saying...

IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... H*LL THATS WHAT IT IS!!
