Bargain Network Refused to refund my money after I cancelled subscription Goleta California

I was forced into a bargain network subscription when I registered with one of their partner sites, and the contract clearly states that there would be a weekly charge of $9.85 and that any unused whole membership weeks would be fully refunded at the time of cancellation (please read contract below). Well at the time of cancellation I asked them to refund me for all weeks I had not used their service. They blatantly refused despite the fact that I have a softcopy of the contract. Here is the exact phrasing

"Your new membership is $1 FOR 7 DAYS from your date of
purchase (the date you registered on our website). After using Bargain Network for 7 days and unless you decide to cancel, your low membership fee of $9.95 per week, payable monthly in advance at $39.80, will be automatically billed to your credit card. Of course, you may cancel your membership at any point by calling our Member Services department at 1-888-622-8867 and
have no further obligation. Any unused, whole membership weeks are fully refundable at the time of cancellation"

What can I do, I was lured into their network by mistake and they have charged hundreds of dollars to my credit card for no service rendered!
