Mr. Nishman does land sales through Ebay and other outlets.  He buys land all over the U.S. and resells it.  Sometimes he sells land he knows he doesn't have clear title to.  Sometimes he takes the money and doesn't turn over the deed.  His Balmaco company was successfully sued for fraud in San Francisco County.  Then the California Secretary of State suspended Balmaco's corporate status for wrongdoing.  Horizon Land stuck another Ebay land buyer with back taxes that Mr. Nishman failed to disclose and because his businerss addresses are basically mail drops, he evaded being served with legal papers in that case and the buyer was left holding the bag.  That must have made Barry confident, because he then ripped us off for 10 grand and has yet to deliver the deed that he contracted to deliver, despite repeated demands.  He has emailed this writer to state that he "lost the paperwork."  He cashed the check more than six weeks ago.  The man is a criminal.  BEWARE of BARRY NISHMAN.

Mr. Nishman also does land deals in his own name, as well as under the company names of Paradise Land Sales and Great American Land Sales.  His company called Nationwide Land Sales was also suspended by the California Secretary of State.  He attempted to register two other companies in California, Heartland Land Sales and Your Land Sales.  Unfortunately, he wrote hot checks to the Secretary of State and those applications were cancelled.
