DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Do not work with Penny King especially. She is a liar. She included a $300 "cleaning estimate" on rental agreement and told me that this was just an estimate and that the actual amount due would be based on the condition of the RV when it was returned. She told me repeatedly that I would be charged the actual cleaning cost for the RV. I had the RV professionally cleaned and detailed and when I returned the RV, she said, in writing, that the RV was in "excellent" condition. She then proceeded to keep the $300 for herself, telling me that it was now a non-refundable fee. She had repeatedly told me how I would be charged for the actual cost of cleaning the RV, I assume to cover expenses in the event the RV was returned in horrible condition and $300 was not enough to cover the cleaning. However, when the tables are turned and the RV is in excellent condition and $300 cleaning estimate was an overestimate, she simply pocketed my money as a windfall profit for her. Again, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

the group that rented this motor home where a bunch of pot heads that couldn't tie their shoes without help they where told from the start how the rental worked its people like this that make this country suck if the had a half a brain instead of a fried brain they might have read their contract and understood what was going on.
