the LRT Expedite company stole $10,000 from my company. They did not want to pay for my loads and after a few months they just disappeared. I signed a contractor with Baxter and Bailey in August. Their sales person promised that they would return all my money. He told me that I could just relax and they would send me a check every 15th and 30th of the month. After a month of waiting, I called them to found out what was going on. He told me that they had some system problems and they were not able to send us a check. And he said that I had to wait for another pay period in order to get my check. I was waiting. I began to call him again, but he did not answer to my phone calls or my email. He did not call me back at all. Finally, they sent me the first check which was smaller from what he told me. Instead $1500 they sent me a check with $800 only. I called him. And he lied to me again. He said that their system was down again and their phone lines, and their internet, and he was not able to call me back or answer my emails... He said that they will fix it next pay check for sure. Well, I was waiting for another pay period. And, again, the check came only $200 instead $500. I called him - no answer. I called to his supervisor - the same thing... They began to ignore me. I called to their secretary and said that I want to speak with the owner. After almost 2 weeks I received a phone call from the lady, who told me, that I had to be happy that I got at least these money. And that they were not going to give me anything else. SO, i lost my $9,000. I did not call to police or lawyer to return those money because they promised that would return everything. I was deceived by one company, and the company which suppose to help me, did the same. I just would like to tell everybody my story, so nobody will deceived by them.
