Bay View Law Group, P.C.111 THIS IS A RIP-OFF! THEY TOOK ALL MY SAVINGS AND MY LAST $580.96 WHEN i TRIED TO TELL THEM TO QUIT! Costa Mesa, California

I had a heart attack, my youngest son died and I lost my job that I had had for 11 years due to medical problems and was facing spine surgery.  I knew I had a lot of credit card debt so I went to Bay View Law Group for help.  I had savings and that is what Bay View Law Group took to pay off my creditors although I never heard from them in the year and half that I paid my monthly fee to Bay View Law Group - $580.96 a month.  When my savings ran out due to high medical bills and not being able to work right after my surgery, I wrote to Bay View Law Group informing them of this and asking them to stop taking my money and to stop representing me to my creditors.  The letter written January 22, 2013 came back as "undeliverable".  I found another address in Lake Forest, CA so remailed the letter along with the envelope from the first mailing - this never came back.  I also tried to call them many times and the line was always busy - as well as faxing them - the fax never went through.  I am asking that Bay View Law Group cease all work on my account and that they refund the last payment of $ 580.96 taken from my account as of 2/28/13.
